I am absolutely loving my new daily matcha and hojicha ritual! Matcha in the morning and hojicha in the afternoon. I even picked up some kinako to make one of the latte recipes found on the Emeri blog (see photo). I have a milk frother and it works perfectly well with these teas, as I don't have the proper whisk, but it works really well, so don't worry if you don't have a whisk but you have a milk frother. These are both such high quality. I'm never going back!

This whisk helps get micro foam when whisking matcha for usucha/lattes.

A friend of mine has recently pointed out that I have been using culinary grade matcha for my morning matcha instead of ceremonial. I found this brand from the account @mildmatchas on instagram and I was so happy to see that Emeri is a Canadian brand. My mornings have become a lot more enjoyable due to having the right matcha ! I absolutely LOVE this duo. I usually make myself a drink in the afternoon as a pick me up, but they are sooo incredible good that I started to make a drink in the morning too! Because this duo comes with a Hojicha and a Matcha, it’s never dull because I can switch it up! Both powders are sooo incredibly smooth and nutty and comforting. I will 100% repurchase again.

I saw a bunch of influencers raving about this matcha and was curious to try after buying their hojicha powder (which was amazing) and it did not disappoint! It definitely comes at a higher price point but it's one of the most well-balanced and complex matchas I ever tried. Works really well in both an usucha and in a latte, which is hard to find. Will definitely buy again!! LOVE this brand.
