How to make

Delightfully surprised!

I recently purchased this set on suggestion from a friend, and it exceeded my expectations! I was especially excited to try the Hojicha powder. It’s rich, roasted nutty flavour was perfect for making crème brûlée and lattes. It blended smoothly, adding a deep, earthy taste that wasn’t overpowering but just right. The quality is top-notch, and you can really tell it’s made from premium ingredients. I’ve also had a positive experience with the Matcha powder and have used it for making lattes and cookies. The vibrant green color and smooth earthy flavour are exactly what I look for in a high-quality matcha.

If you’re a Hojicha or Matcha enthusiast or just looking to try something new, I highly recommend this! I’ll definitely be buying more.

I didn't expect this to make as much a difference as it did. I highly recommend getting the Chasen as it also prevents clumping of the matcha and hojicha powder. Definitely far better than using a regular spoon.
